The substrate is the differentiator
Polyester wipes are cheap to make and impossible to tell apart. Bamboo gives a brand something to say on the pack — and something the buyer can feel.

Bamboo contains “Bamboo Kun”, which reduces the need for heavy chemical preservatives.

A hollow, porous structure holds liquid like a micro-sponge and releases it evenly to the last wipe.

The network
Inside the network
We do not own a plant. We pick the line, audit it, hold your formula, and sign off every batch — across eight automatic lines in partner facilities, all running GMP-standard cleanrooms.
Partner facility visits can be arranged by appointment.
Before you ask
Questions buyers ask first
What is the minimum order?
5,000 packs per SKU. Below that, print and material set-up costs start to dominate the unit price, so a trial run at that volume is usually the cheapest way to test a market.
How long do samples and production take?
Sampling and production lead times depend on the substrate, the print run and the season. We quote both with your project — we would rather give you a date we can hold than a number that sounds good.
Will you sign an NDA before I share my artwork?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share artwork, brand identity or formulation targets. Your designs and your formula stay yours.
Do I contract with a US company or the factory?
Your choice. Contracts can be executed with MERA TRADING LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming, under Wyoming law with domestic ACH or wire. Buyers in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East can instead be invoiced directly from the port of origin, FOB or CIF.
Can you develop a formula we own?
Yes. Custom development is available across all six lines, and the formulation and its documentation stay with you.
Which certifications apply?
Partner facilities hold ISO 9001, FSC chain-of-custody and CE, are registered with the US FDA, and operate under a disinfection production licence with a REACH / SVHC declaration on file. SGS test reports are issued per order.
