These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of sale — supply is governed by the quotation and supply agreement issued for each order.

Information on this site

Product descriptions, capacities, packaging options and certification claims are indicative. Figures such as floor area, line count and daily capacity describe the partner manufacturing network we coordinate, not a single facility owned by us. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; only a signed quotation is.

Certifications and claims

Certification and test documentation is available on request and applies to the specific product and configuration stated in that documentation. Availability of a certification for one product does not imply it applies to every product in the range.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photographs and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written consent.

Inquiries

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract. We may decline an inquiry, for example where the requested product cannot be manufactured compliantly for the destination market.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site. Terms of sale are governed by the supply agreement issued for each order, which may specify a different forum where the goods ship directly from the port of origin.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
